From stagnant online store to Qatar's #1 mama & baby destination
Ten Little Toes · An established Qatar retail brand with thriving physical stores but a digital presence in decline. We rebuilt the full stack — website, inventory, social media, and paid campaigns — and reversed the trend entirely.

The problem.
Ten Little Toes is an established name in Qatar's parenting retail space, but their digital presence wasn't matching the strength of their physical stores. Online sales were trending downward month over month, with no clear recovery path.
Their website was slow, poorly structured for mobile, and conversion rates were low — heavy traffic was arriving but not converting. Inventory had no single source of truth, leading to overselling and fulfilment delays.
Social media engagement was declining and content felt inconsistent. They had previously struggled to find a reliable agency who could own the full digital stack — tech, marketing, and operations — under one roof.
How we built it.
Web Rebuild
We rebuilt the WooCommerce store from scratch with a custom theme, proper catalogue architecture, and full data migration from the legacy system. For a sub-brand, we built a separate Shopify storefront — picking the right platform for each use case.
Inventory & Operations
We structured their inventory so the client team could manage stock independently, in real time. Custom dashboards, client training, and documented processes reduced overselling and manual errors to near zero.
Social Media Management
We took over Instagram and Facebook end-to-end — daily content posts, 5–6 branded stories, community management, and a consistent visual identity that matched the in-store experience.
Performance Marketing
We ran full-funnel Meta Ads campaigns — sales, lead generation, and brand awareness — precisely targeted to Qatari mothers and expecting moms. Ad spend scaled 50% mid-engagement, driven by client confidence in returns.
What changed.
“What started as a single project turned into a full partnership. The team didn't just deliver — they took ownership of our entire digital presence and treated our business like their own.”
