What clients
actually got.
What clients said, and what they got. Named clients, real numbers, and nothing here we cannot evidence.
What clients say, alongside what they got — a 70% increase in online sales, payment systems in production over five years, and two multi-year CTO engagements. Clients in Qatar, Oman and Pakistan. Every quote is from a named client, and every number is one we can evidence.

In their words.
“What started as a single project turned into a full partnership. The team didn't just deliver — they took ownership of our entire digital presence and treated our business like their own.”
“They understood what Ertho needed to be from the very first conversation. They didn't just build a store — they built the foundation our brand stands on.”
“We came in through a referral and the trust was already there before we'd had a single meeting. They delivered early, built exactly what Stride needed, and the store has been running clean ever since.”
“Most agencies finish the job and leave. They stayed — and grew into a team we now bring in before making major technical decisions. Five years of that relationship is worth more than any single deliverable.”
“I had an idea and no product. I walked away with a web app, a mobile app, and a team that still picks up when I call. They turned a concept into something real — and stayed to make sure it kept working.”
“They don't just manage the store — they know it better than we do. Every seasonal drop, every product update, handled without us having to think twice. That's what a real long-term partner looks like.”
Outcomes you can check.
Increase in online sales after rebuilding the store and running the growth programme behind it.
Brand and storefront built from the first conversation onward.
Came through a referral and delivered ahead of the agreed date.
Our founder as CTO, building the bill payment ecosystem reached through Pakistani banking apps.
Web and mobile platform for Oman, built and scaled with our founder as CTO.
Store build plus ongoing management — every seasonal drop and product update.
What people ask.
Yes. Every one is from a client we have worked with, published with their name and the business alongside it, and the same words appear on our homepage. Nothing here is written by us and attributed to someone else.
Because an anonymous quote proves nothing. “Great team, delivered on time — CEO, retail company” could be written by anybody about anybody. A name and a business are checkable, so that is the only kind we publish.
The +70% for Ten Little Toes is year-on-year online sales after the store rebuild and the growth work that followed. The multi-year figures are how long systems have been running in production, which is a fact rather than an estimate. Where we cannot evidence a number we do not publish it.
Because most clients have not agreed to be named, and a result without a name is not evidence of anything. We would rather show six you can check than thirty you cannot. As clients agree, the list grows.
Not yet, and it is on our list. Clutch and GoodFirms profiles are the sensible route because a third-party review carries weight our own page cannot — and increasingly it is what AI assistants check before recommending an agency. That is a gap we are working on rather than one we would paper over.
