Why we exist.
We built brainiac/studio because the agency model we kept seeing was broken. Senior people sold the work. Junior people did it. The 'senior team' on the call disappeared the day the contract was signed. The deck looked great — the code shipped didn't.
We do the opposite. The person on your call is the person on your code. The same engineer who scoped the build leads the build. The same designer who pitched the system designs the system. There is no second team. There is no junior team. There is one team — ours, and yours.
We work across AI, software, and growth — because most real problems don't live inside one of those buckets. A great product needs all three. So we built one studio that can ship all three, with the same people, on the same engagement.
We're based in Karachi and most of our clients are in Qatar, Oman, and Pakistan. That matters more than it sounds: we're one to two hours from Doha and Muscat, so you get answers the same working day, not the next morning. We measure ourselves on whether you'd hire us again — not on whether we billed you twice.

Naveed Nazeer has been building in tech since 2005 — before most frameworks existed, before the cloud was the default. Twenty years of deep craft give him something most cannot buy: he has seen every layer break, every architecture fail, and every pattern succeed.
He founded brainiac/studio in 2016 with one conviction: build a studio where senior practitioners own every engagement. Before that he spent six years as CTO of Kuickpay, building the bill payment, QR, checkout and POS systems used across Pakistan, and four years as CTO of eHissab. He still leads from the code, not a boardroom.
Beyond engineering, Naveed is a complete business mind. His expertise in sales, client networking, and marketing strategy means he doesn't just build products — he positions and grows them. He knows how to find the right audience, close the right deals, and build relationships that compound over years.

What people ask about us.
Eighteen people in one office in Karachi — twelve-plus developers, two designers, two project managers, two marketing strategists, plus admin. We publish the breakdown rather than a round number because a buyer who reads 30+ and then meets eighteen stops believing everything else on the page.
The people who scoped it. There is no account manager translating between you and the engineers, and no junior team taking over once the contract is signed. For an offshore engagement that is the difference that matters most.
Since 2016, and the founder has been in technology since 2005 — including six years as CTO of Kuickpay and four and a half at eHissab. Both of those started as engagements and became clients.
Cost is the obvious answer and the least interesting one. The better answer is the working day: the Gulf is one to two hours behind us, so a message in your morning is answered in ours rather than overnight. We work Monday to Friday, which shares four days with a Sunday-to-Thursday week and all five with the UAE.
