Build the work.
Build the studio.

Senior engineers, designers, and marketers building real software for global teams. Remote-first. Senior-only. The work is the work, and you do it.

In short

We hire senior engineers, designers and marketers who want to own their work rather than take tickets. Remote-first, headquartered in Karachi. No junior code reviews, no busywork, and you talk to clients directly rather than through an account layer.

— why work here

What you get. What we expect.

— 01

Senior-only team

You work with people who have shipped real systems. No junior reviewers second-guessing your work. No PMs translating your engineering for stakeholders.

— 02

Real work, not deck work

We don’t take on busywork. Every project we ship has measurable outcomes the customer signed off on. You see the impact.

— 03

Remote-first, Karachi-rooted

Office in Karachi for those who want one. Fully remote for those who don’t. Async-first comms. Quarterly off-sites.

— 04

Fair compensation

Above-market base, transparent bands published internally, and a profit-share that distributes a meaningful slice of studio profit each year.

— 05

No-meeting Wednesdays

Half a week of guaranteed deep-work time. Calendars enforce it.

— 06

Annual learning budget

$3,000/year per person for books, courses, conferences. We default to ‘yes’.

— our process

How we hire.

— 01

Application

Tell us what you’ve shipped, in writing. We read every one.

— 02

Conversation

30-min call with the hiring lead. We talk about your last 12 months of work.

— 03

Take-home or pairing

A focused 4-hour exercise that mirrors the job — paid, not unpaid.

— 04

Decision

Two reference calls. An offer in writing within 5 business days of the final round.

An empty chair at a lit desk in an otherwise dark studio, a jacket over the back

— one office, Karachi

Senior-heavy, and in the room together.

— join us

Send us something real.

A repository, a thing you shipped, or a paragraph on a problem you enjoyed. A CV alone tells us very little. Roles open irregularly — write anyway.

— joining

What candidates ask.

Rarely, and honestly. The work is senior-heavy because clients are paying for judgment rather than hands, so there is not much room to learn on someone else's budget. When we do hire junior it is with a named person responsible for the training.

No. One office in Karachi, and that is deliberate — the studio is small enough that people learn from overhearing each other, and that does not survive being distributed. There is flexibility on hours.

A conversation, a technical round on something close to real work rather than puzzles, and a final round with the people you would sit with. No take-home that takes a weekend.

Write anyway if the work looks like something you want to do. Roles open irregularly and we would rather already know who to call.
