Industries we know on the inside.
The right software pattern for fintech is the wrong one for media. We don't pretend otherwise — here are the industries where we've shipped enough to have a real point of view.
Domain depth, not pitch decks.
Most agencies treat industry experience as a sales slide. We treat it as an engineering constraint. The compliance requirements of a healthcare platform shape the database schema. The reconciliation logic of a fintech product shapes the API contract. You can't bolt these on after the fact.
We build vertical-specific pattern libraries over years of production work — not from reading industry whitepapers. Every entry in our library is tied to a real system we shipped, a real edge case we hit, and a real decision we'd make the same way twice.
That's why our industry pages aren't marketing copy. They're commitments. If we've listed your sector, it means we have senior people who have lived in it, reference work we'll put in front of you, and an honest answer if we're not the right fit.
What industry depth actually means.
Three reasons industry-specific work ships faster, breaks less, and costs less to maintain.
Industry-specific architecture
The data model for a logistics platform is nothing like a media CMS. We don't adapt generic templates — we build from the patterns that actually hold up in your sector.
Regulatory fluency
We know HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and GDPR because our clients live inside these requirements. Compliance isn't a late-stage retrofit — it's designed in from the first schema.
Faster time to value
Less discovery overhead when your team has solved the same problem three times before. We skip the ramp-up that generalist agencies bill for and don't deliver on.
Every sector we ship in.
From discovery to shipped.
Every industry engagement follows the same rigorous sequence — compressed where possible, never skipped.
Industry discovery
We map your sector's specific patterns, compliance obligations, and failure modes before we design a single screen. Most problems in production are problems in requirements.
Pattern matching
We apply battle-tested architectures from prior builds in your vertical — skipping weeks of expensive experimentation. Our pattern library is built from real production systems.
Senior team staffing
We staff engineers and designers who have shipped in your industry, not engineers who will learn it on your budget. Domain context ships faster than domain documentation.
Embedded partnership
We don't disappear between milestones. We're available for board questions, technical due diligence, and the 11pm decisions that determine whether a launch goes right.

These are the industries where we have the deepest pattern libraries and the most referenceble work. We'll consider adjacent verticals if the technical challenges are similar — reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
The sectors we have shipped production software for, and what is genuinely different about building in each. If your industry is not listed it usually still applies — the constraints repeat more than the labels suggest, and we will tell you honestly if we lack the domain knowledge.

— sector depth
The failure modes differ. That is the whole point.
Tell us where it hurts.
We will say honestly whether we have shipped in your sector, and what transfers from the ones we have.
What people ask about industry work.
Because the failure modes are not. A checkout that loses an order and a patient record that loses a field are the same bug and completely different problems. Industry knowledge is mostly knowing which mistakes are expensive before you make them.
Tell us anyway. The listed ones are where we have shipped and can show it. Plenty of work does not fit a vertical, and pretending otherwise would just be a page we wrote to catch a search.
We build to them — access controls, audit trails, encryption, data residency — and we have done that work in fintech and healthcare. We are not a compliance consultancy and we hold no certification of our own; formal audit work goes to a specialist, and we build the system that has to pass it.
Less than most agencies claim. What actually transfers is the pattern — how money moves, what a regulator asks for, where the data gets messy. A team that has shipped two fintechs will pick up a third faster than a team that has read about twenty.
