Manufacturing software that keeps the line running.

For discrete manufacturers, process industries, contract manufacturers, and industrial equipment OEMs. MES integration, IIoT sensor data pipelines, predictive maintenance engines, and the operational dashboards that give your floor managers real-time visibility before downtime hits.

our approach

A practice, not a sales territory.

Manufacturing software has one non-negotiable: the system must never be the reason the line stops. A UI that freezes during a shift change, an OEE dashboard that's 20 minutes stale, or a maintenance alert that fires after the bearing fails — these are not UX problems. They are production losses. We build manufacturing software the way engineers run factories: with failure modes documented, fallbacks tested, and uptime as a first-class requirement.

We've built MES platforms, IIoT data pipelines, predictive maintenance systems, quality management tools, and production scheduling engines. We know OPC-UA and MQTT. We know how PLC data needs to be normalised before it reaches an analytics layer, and how shift handover reports need to work when the tablet has been dropped on the floor three times. We build for the shop floor, not the boardroom.

The Industry 4.0 bar is set by Siemens, Rockwell, and PTC. Plant managers expect real-time OEE, machine learning-based anomaly detection, and quality traceability that survives an audit. We build to that standard — sub-second sensor data ingestion, predictive alerts with enough lead time to actually act, and the production history trail your ISO 9001 auditor expects.

— problems we solve

Common engagements.

01

MES & production execution

Work order management, production scheduling, machine assignment, operator instructions, shift handover, and the real-time WIP tracking that tells your floor manager exactly where every job is without walking the floor.

02

IIoT sensor data pipeline

OPC-UA, MQTT, and Modbus data ingestion from PLCs and sensors, normalisation into a unified equipment model, time-series storage, and the edge processing layer that filters noise before it reaches your analytics database.

03

Predictive maintenance

Vibration, temperature, and current signature analysis, anomaly detection models, RUL (remaining useful life) prediction, and the alert system that gives maintenance teams 24–72 hours of lead time — not a post-failure notification.

04

OEE dashboards & production analytics

Availability, performance, and quality metrics broken down by machine, line, shift, and product. Real-time OEE visible on shop floor displays, with drill-down into stoppage events and the Pareto analysis your continuous improvement team needs.

05

Quality management & traceability

Inspection checkpoints, defect capture, SPC (statistical process control) charts, non-conformance workflows, CAPA management, and the full genealogy trace from raw material to finished goods your ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 audit requires.

06

Supply chain & inventory visibility

BOM management, raw material tracking, supplier lead time monitoring, safety stock alerts, and the ERP integration (SAP, Oracle) that keeps your planning system in sync with what's actually on the floor.

faq

Frequently asked.

7 questions answered. Still have one? Reach out.

Yes — we connect to PLCs and SCADA via OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP, and vendor-specific adapters (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi). We always start with a protocol assessment: what data is available, at what polling frequency, and what the OT network security constraints are. We don't bridge OT and IT networks without a documented architecture review and your controls engineer's sign-off.
