Web app and mobile app built from zero — a full product for a founding team
eHissab · A founder came to us with an idea and no product. We walked away with a production web application, a cross-platform mobile app, and a technical partnership that is still running today.

The problem.
The founder of eHissab had a clear product vision but no technical team, no codebase, and no roadmap. They needed a partner who could take the idea from a conversation to a production-grade web and mobile application — and stay to make sure it worked.
The brief was wide open: build the product, make it scalable, and do it on a timeline that wouldn't kill early momentum. We had to act as both builder and technical strategist from day one.
How we built it.
Discovery & Scope
We ran a structured discovery to map product requirements, prioritise features for MVP, and define the technical architecture. The goal: ship something real, fast, without creating debt that would slow down v2.
Web Application Build
We built the core web application with a clean, scalable architecture designed for growth. Authentication, core workflows, data models, and admin interfaces — all documented and handed to the team with training.
Mobile Application Build
We built the mobile application in parallel, sharing business logic where possible. Cross-platform, performant, and launched on both iOS and Android to maximise initial reach.
Founding Partnership
We didn't disappear at launch. We became the founder's ongoing technical partner — shipping improvements, handling infrastructure, and advising on product decisions. Still the team they call when something matters.
What changed.
“I had an idea and no product. I walked away with a web app, a mobile app, and a team that still picks up when I call. They turned a concept into something real — and stayed to make sure it kept working.”
