Advertising you can actually check.
Most agencies report on clicks because clicks always look good. We set up the tracking first, so every month you can see what the spend returned — including when the answer is not enough.
We run Google, Meta and TikTok ads and report on what they return, not on impressions. Tracking gets fixed before any spend — most accounts we inherit are counting the wrong thing. Search campaigns can produce leads in week one; Meta usually needs two to four weeks to settle.
Updated August 2026
Every number depends on the third row.
Tracking is not admin — it is what makes the rest of it real.
If the tracking is wrong, the reporting is fiction. Almost every account we inherit has broken tracking.
The usual pattern is a conversion set to fire on every homepage visit, or on a form that submits without changing the page — so the platform never sees it. Either way, the monthly report is confident and meaningless, and the algorithm has been optimising toward the wrong thing for months.
We fix that before spending anything. Conversions that fire on real events, values attached to them, and the platforms and your analytics agreeing with each other. Only then do the ads go live.
Then we run them: Google, Meta, TikTok, whichever suits your buyer. Small tests first, scale what returns, stop what does not — and tell you plainly which is which.
What we do.
Tracking, fixed first
Conversions that fire on real events with real values. Server-side where the browser blocks it. Everything else depends on this being right.
Google Search
Catching people already looking for what you sell. Usually the highest intent and the first place we spend.
Meta and Instagram
Reaching people before they search. Needs stronger creative and more patience than search, and works differently for it.
Shopping and product feeds
For stores. A clean, complete feed does more for performance than most campaign settings ever will.
Remarketing that is not annoying
Capped, timed, and switched off once someone buys. The most common way brands irritate their own customers.
Landing pages built to convert
Sending paid traffic to your homepage wastes it. We build the page the ad deserves.
Creative testing
On Meta and TikTok the creative is the targeting. We test systematically rather than refreshing when someone gets bored.
Reporting you can read
Spend, leads, cost per lead, revenue where we can see it. One page, plain language, including the parts that did not work.
Where should the first budget go?
Costs and behaviour differ sharply by channel and by market. This is roughly how we think about the first month.
| Channel | Best for | First leads | What it needs from you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Search | People already looking for what you sell | Days | Real search demand in your market |
| Google Shopping | Online stores with a product feed | Days | A clean, complete product feed |
| Meta / Instagram | Reaching people before they search | 2–4 weeks | Strong creative, and patience |
| TikTok | Younger audiences, visual products | 2–4 weeks | Video creative made for the platform |
| Remarketing | People who already visited | Days | Enough traffic to build an audience |
What we have run.
Increase in online sales for a Qatar children's brand, through paid and lifecycle together.
Shopify store and the paid programme behind it, built for a Qatari market with thin search demand.
E-commerce build and growth for a Doha lifestyle brand.
When this is worth doing.
You know what a customer is worth
Paid works when you can say roughly what a lead or sale earns you. Without that number, nobody can judge whether the spend is working.
You are already converting organically
Ads amplify what works. If your site does not convert the traffic it has, paid traffic will not convert either — it will just cost more.
You need volume faster than SEO delivers
SEO compounds but takes months. Paid buys you tomorrow. Most businesses need both, in that order of patience.
Your market searches for what you sell
Search demand makes Google straightforward. Where demand is thin, Meta and content usually do more.
How we work.
We audit what is running
Existing accounts, tracking, and what the numbers actually say. This is normally where we find that conversions have been counting the wrong thing.
We fix the tracking
Before spending anything. Conversions on real events, values attached, platforms and analytics agreeing. Otherwise every decision after this is a guess.
We agree what success is
A target cost per lead or return on spend, written down before launch, so nobody is grading their own homework at month end.
We start small and deliberately
A limited budget across a few clearly separated tests. Enough to learn from, not enough to lose.
We scale what returns
Budget moves toward what works and away from what does not, weekly. Most of the value is in this loop rather than in the setup.
We report plainly, monthly
What we spent, what it returned, what we changed and what we are trying next — including the tests that failed.

Enough that the results mean something. A budget that produces two leads a month cannot tell you whether it is working — the numbers are too small to separate signal from luck. We would rather run one channel with a real budget than three underfunded ones, and we will tell you if the budget you have in mind is too thin to learn from before we take it.
