The Instagram account as it is today: the profile on a phone and twelve recent posts. One product, one line, the offer in a badge, the mark top centre, a nursery in daylight behind.

Daily posts and stories, community management and the paid campaigns, run by the studio since 2023 alongside the store.

A product story from the December calendar: the name in the brand's rounded face on a coral band, the product large, the brush strokes behind. Designed in-house, same as the posts.

Twelve days, twelve posts. Dates are from Instagram; stories run on top of this.

Social for a retailer is an acquisition channel, not a credibility one. The four jobs it is run for.
Each post is one product, its brand, one line and the offer. The grid becomes a catalogue a mother can scroll.
Product stories, arrivals, the delivery promise and the store hours, with the link to the product page.
Questions about stock, sizes and delivery answered in the comments and inbox, in the brand's voice.
Sales, lead and awareness campaigns targeted to Qatari mothers and expecting mothers, scaled when they return.
The template at full size: the mark top centre, a name and a line in the rounded face, the offer badge, the product in a daylit nursery.

Counted from the account and the engagement, not estimated.

Engagement was declining and the content was inconsistent: different looks on different days, from different hands. The feed had to become one brand again, and stay that way every day.
A shop with thousands of products has to choose. Each day's post and story set had to feature what was in stock, on offer and worth a tap, and link straight to the product page.
Paid campaigns had been run without a funnel. Sales, lead and awareness campaigns needed separate audiences, separate creative and honest reporting, so budget could be scaled on returns rather than hope.
One product, its brand, one line and the offer, the mark top centre, a daylit nursery behind. The grid becomes a catalogue a mother can scroll, and every post links to the product page on the store.
Product stories on the brush-stroke ground with the name in the brand's rounded face, plus arrivals, the delivery promise and the store hours. Designed in-house from the same templates as the posts.
Questions about stock, sizes and delivery answered in the comments and inbox in the brand's voice, within the day. An unanswered question in public costs more than a missing post.
Sales, lead generation and awareness campaigns with their own audiences and creative, targeted to Qatari mothers and expecting mothers. Ad spend was scaled 50% mid-engagement on the client's confidence in returns.
Monthly: what went out, reach and engagement, enquiries and sales where attributable, and the campaigns' returns. Including the flat months.
