01.3

Four things the feed says, in turn.

Every post belongs to one of four lanes, so the grid reads as a programme rather than a pile of announcements.

  1. Philosophy01

    How we coach

First touch, the basics, technique before tactics. The method, one idea per post.

  2. Programme02

    What a term is

Four stages, U5 to U17, fourteen weeks, twenty-eight sessions. The numbers from the website, drawn.

  3. Belonging03

    Who it is for

Confidence grows together. Boys and girls, a safe group, a positive place to learn.

  4. Register04

    The next step

Your next step starts here. The 2026 programme, Education City, and the link to register interest.

— in short

The Future Sports case study, in five lines.

  1. 01Instagram management for Future Sports, the academy running Qatar Foundation football at Education City, Doha, by brainiac/studio.
  2. 02One template family for the feed: a slanted white band for the line, a pitch diagram in navy below, the crest top right.
  3. 03Four content lanes on a monthly calendar: philosophy, programme, belonging, register.
  4. 04Twelve posts in the first three weeks, every one designed and written in-house.
  5. 05Every post points to the website or the WhatsApp community, and nowhere else.
( 02 ) — the brief

What Future Sports needed from social.

Clubs with decades of photographs set the standard a parent scrolls past. Future Sports was starting an account with none, so the feed had to look like a programme from the first post, not a club that has just opened.

The academy's offer is structure — four stages, fourteen weeks, twenty-eight sessions — and the posts had to say it without reading as a timetable.

A post is read in a second on a phone at the side of a pitch. Every one had to carry one idea, the crest, and a reason to tap through to the website.

( 03 ) — the content system

How the feed is run for Future Sports.

  1. 01

    The template family

A slanted white band carries the line; a pitch diagram in navy fills the rest, with the ball, the arrow and the cones changing per post. Crest top right, domain at the foot. Twelve posts, one family, and the grid reads as one team.

  2. 02

    Four content lanes

Philosophy (how we coach), programme (what a term is), belonging (who it is for) and register (the next step). The calendar rotates through them, so a parent scrolling the profile meets each one.

  3. 03

    The calendar

A month planned ahead and approved by the academy before anything is designed. Nothing goes out unreviewed and nothing is written in a panic.

  4. 04

    Design and copy, in-house

Every post designed and written by the studio to the brand's lines and colours, from the same files as the website. Photography joins as the season produces it.

  5. 05

    Publishing and the note

Posts published on schedule, replies handled where asked, and a short note at the end of the month on what went out. Every post points to the website or the WhatsApp community, and nowhere else.

( 05 ) — questions

What people ask about social media management.

What does managing the academy's Instagram involve each month?
A content calendar the academy approves, the posts designed and written in-house to the template family, publishing on schedule, replies to comments and messages where asked, and a short monthly note on what went out. The academy sends dates, fixtures and photographs; the studio does the rest.
Why do the posts use diagrams rather than photographs?
A new account has no archive of session photography, and a parent choosing an academy wants to understand the method. Pitch diagrams carry the coaching idea — control, pass, move; technique before tactics — in a way a stock photograph cannot. Photography joins the feed as the season produces it.
Do you report on what the feed returns?
Yes, monthly: what went out, reach and engagement from Meta Business Suite, and enquiries where we can attribute them, including the flat months. We do not promise follower numbers.
Can brainiac/studio run social media for a club or school in Qatar?
Yes. Future Sports is a Doha academy whose Instagram we run; Spectra Baby Qatar's and Ten Little Toes' feeds are managed too. Start with the social media page or send us the brief over WhatsApp.
