Lead engineer for our AI practice. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of RAG systems, agents, and LLM-powered features for client engagements — including the eval harness and observability that makes them production-grade.
What you’ll do
- 01Architect and ship RAG, agent, and generative AI systems
- 02Build eval harnesses and own production AI observability
- 03Pair with clients on AI strategy and roadmap
- 04Contribute internal AI tooling and frameworks
What you’ll need
- 013+ years shipping AI features in production
- 02Deep familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models
- 03Strong Python or TypeScript
- 04Experience with retrieval, evals, and agent orchestration

- 01ML / DS background
- 02Voice AI or computer vision shipped in production
