What Spectra Baby Qatar needed.
A medical-grade product bought at a stressful time. A mother comparing hospital-grade, wearable and manual pumps needs the differences, the price and the delivery window in one glance, not a brochure.
The showroom and the store sell the same stock. Prices, discounts and availability had to be one truth, with the sitewide 20% offer applied across the catalogue without manual edits.
Questions come before orders. The store needed a chat line to a real person on WhatsApp, reachable from every page and every screen size.

- How is a sitewide discount applied without editing every product?
- Through Shopify's compare-at price on each variant, set once in bulk. The card then shows the was-price, the now-price and the percentage badge automatically, and removing the offer is one change rather than a hundred.
- Why WhatsApp rather than a chat widget?
- Because that is where the showroom already answers customers. The button opens a real conversation with the team instead of a bot, and the conversation carries on after the sale.
