Ten Little Toes is a well-established mama and baby care retailer based in Doha, Qatar. The brand offers a complete range of essentials for mothers and children — from clothing and toys to strollers and everyday care products — serving Qatari families through multiple physical stores across Doha alongside their online store. They came to us with one small project. Today, we run their entire digital ecosystem — websites, e-commerce, social media, and paid campaigns.

The problem.
Despite being an established name in Qatar's parenting retail space, Ten Little Toes was facing a digital identity crisis. Their physical stores were thriving, but online they were losing ground fast.

We rebuilt the main e-commerce store from the ground up on WooCommerce, with a clean architecture, properly structured product catalogue, and full data migration from the legacy system. For one of their sub-brands, we built a separate storefront on Shopify, picking the right tool for each use case.
