Who they are.
Ghadaf is a new luxury fragrance brand based in Qatar, dedicated entirely to perfumes — a single focused category, treated with the kind of care that focus allows. No retail location, no accessories, no diversion. Just fragrance, presented properly. The brand approached us before launch to build their digital home — a bilingual Shopify storefront, Arabic and English, that could carry the weight of a luxury fragrance house and serve as their primary commercial channel from day one.

What we were asked to build.
Ghadaf came to us as a pre-launch luxury brand with a singular product category and a clear vision. The brief was equally clear: build a Shopify storefront worthy of a luxury fragrance house, integrate the commercial backbone, and launch on time.
- Launch the online store on the agreed timeline.
- Build a Shopify storefront that matches the elevated identity of a luxury fragrance brand.
- Deliver a bilingual experience — Arabic and English — from day one.
- Configure payment processing and shipping integration.
- Deliver a focused, distraction-free shopping experience — fragrance buyers don't want noise, they want consideration.
- Build something that could grow with the brand long-term.
How we built it.
Luxury fragrance is one of the harder categories to translate online. You can't smell pixels. So the design and engineering have to do the work that the in-store atmosphere usually does — and Ghadaf was built with that in mind.
Shopify Storefront
We built Ghadaf on Shopify with a custom theme tuned to the soft, elegant identity of a luxury fragrance house. The design discipline was about restraint — generous whitespace, considered typography, and product imagery given room to breathe. Both Arabic and English from launch.
- Custom Shopify theme designed for a luxury fragrance brand
- Restrained, elevated UI that lets the product lead
- Bilingual storefront — Arabic and English from launch
- Mobile-first responsive design across the storefront
- Performance-optimised for fast load times
- Built to scale as the catalogue grows
Payments & Shipping
We integrated the commercial backbone Ghadaf needed to operate as a real luxury e-commerce business from day one.
- Payment gateway integration
- Shipping configuration
- Guest checkout for low-friction first-time buyers
- Order workflows ready for production traffic

- Payment and shipping infrastructure operational from day one.
- Client satisfied with the delivery — relationship remains active and engaged.
- Platform built to grow with the brand as the catalogue expands.
What we used.
What's next.
Most stores try to sell everything. Ghadaf sells one thing — and that's not a limitation, it's the point. A focused luxury brand needs a focused storefront. No competing categories, no upsell clutter, no distraction from the product. Every design and engineering decision on Ghadaf bent toward the same thing: making each fragrance feel like the only one in the room. That's harder to build than it looks. Restraint in design is the easiest thing to talk about and the hardest thing to actually deliver. Our relationship with Ghadaf remains active and ongoing. As the brand grows its catalogue and reach, we evolve the storefront alongside it — new features, new integrations, and the technical maintenance that lets a young luxury brand operate with the polish of a much older one.
