Who they are.
Pay2m is a payment gateway built for Qatar's businesses — a customisable digital payment platform that lets merchants take control of their payment processes and adapt the experience to fit their own operations. The platform didn't exist when we started. The client came to us with the idea — a vision for what an independent, business-first payment gateway in Qatar could look like — and we built it from there. Today, Pay2m is live, in production, and serving multiple Qatar-based merchants.

What we were asked to build.
Pay2m came to us at the earliest possible stage — an idea, a market opportunity, and a clear belief that Qatar deserved a payment gateway built with merchants in mind. The brief was to turn that conviction into a real, working, regulated-grade product.
- Translate the client's vision for a Qatar payment gateway into a working product.
- Build the entire merchant-facing web portal from scratch.
- Engineer for the reliability and operational stability that payment infrastructure demands.
- Deliver a platform that could serve multiple merchants from launch, not a single-tenant prototype.
- Deploy into production and stand behind the platform with long-term support.
- Build something flexible enough that merchants could customise the experience to their own businesses.
How we built it.
Building a payment gateway is not like building a marketing site. The expectations are higher — uptime, reliability, security posture, operational discipline. We approached Pay2m the way the product demanded: as a serious piece of fintech infrastructure, built from day one to be trusted with real money.
Product Design & Architecture
We designed Pay2m end-to-end before writing the first line of production code. The merchant experience, the operational flows, the structure of the platform — all shaped from the client's vision into a real product blueprint.
- End-to-end product design — merchant flows, screens, interaction patterns
- Architecture designed for a multi-merchant, regulated-grade platform
- Built with flexibility — merchants can tailor the experience to their business
Merchant Web Portal
The web portal is the surface where Pay2m's merchants meet the product. We built it as the primary command centre for any business operating on the platform — clean, capable, and built to scale across multiple merchants.
- Custom merchant-facing web portal built from scratch
- Multi-merchant architecture supporting many businesses on a single platform
- Built for operational use — the kind of UI a business owner uses every day
- Designed to be reliable in production from day one
Deployment & Long-term Support
Launching a payment gateway is the start of the work, not the end. We deployed Pay2m into production and have stayed on as the team responsible for keeping it healthy, evolving, and supported.
- Production deployment of the platform
- Live and operational since launch — used by multiple Qatar merchants
- Ongoing maintenance and support relationship continues today
- On hand for new features and platform improvements as Pay2m grows

What changed.
Pay2m moved from an idea into a regulated-grade payment product running in the Qatar market. That's a specific kind of outcome — and a specific kind of accomplishment.
- Took a client's vision for a Qatar payment gateway and turned it into a working, deployed platform.
- Built the full merchant-facing web portal from scratch, designed for multi-merchant operation.
- Deployed into production and the platform has remained live since launch.
- Multiple Qatar-based businesses now use Pay2m as a real part of their payment operations.
- Continued the engagement past launch — we remain the team supporting and evolving the platform.
What we used.
What's next.
Payment gateways are not the easiest projects to take on. They're regulated. They're scrutinised. They have to work — every transaction, every day. There's no room for 'we'll fix it in the next release' when real money is moving. We took Pay2m on at the earliest stage possible: an idea, no codebase, no prior platform. We designed it. We built it. We deployed it. And we've been the team behind it since. That's the kind of work we like the most. Not finishing something half-built — starting at zero, with the trust to do it right. Pay2m is live, multiple Qatar merchants are on the platform, and we continue to maintain and evolve the product alongside the client.
